About Lucinda

Lucinda is a highly qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, Pregnancy Massage Specialist, Bowen Practitioner and Reiki Master.  Lu has been working in the Doncaster East/Mitcham area for over 14 years, and understands her clients concerns, whether it be recovery from an injury, helping Mums-to-Be deal with Pregnancy issues, or simply helping clients maintain their health and wellbeing.

Lu has worked with elite athletes at the Melbourne Cricket Club (MCC) Hockey Section, as Massage And Injury Manager for both Women’s and Men’s State League 1 Teams (2010-2013)

Lu is currently studying to be a Meditation Teacher.  With the knowledge that Lu is gaining, she will be better able to help her clients to look after their own mental and physical wellbeing.

Lu is passionate about her work, and loves being able to help her clients reach their goals in terms of health and wellbeing. Lu has always been interested in natural therapies, and especially loves using essential oils in her practice and in her home, with over 14 years knowledge, please ask her how the oils can help you.

In Lu’s down time, Lu loves spending time with her husband, two children and dog, and is an advocate for work/life balance.

There is nothing she enjoys more than getting outside into the backyard, tending to the veggie patch and the native garden, going for long walks and spending time with her family.  Lu does regularly work out at the gym and is a firm believer in daily mediation, finding that stillness in amongst her busy days.  Mind, Body, Soul.

“Believe in all your heart that
