Remedial Massage

Remedial Massage is for those clients who have injuries or ongoing issues that need a more direct approach.

Some clients simply prefer a massage that will alleviate everyday work or stress related issues, that gets to the “heart” of the issue, rather than a lighter type of relaxation massage, that actually helps them maintain their sense of wellbeing.

So, if you struggle with persistent neck, shoulder or back pain, an injury, or are recovering from surgery, or just want to get the “niggles” ironed out, this is the massage for you.

Please Note: Essential Oils (doTERRA) are used in most treatments.  Please let Lucinda know if you would prefer not to have Essential Oils during your treatment.

If you would prefer a more relaxing style of Remedial Massage, please let Lucinda know.
